One of our main stumbling blocks is that products we carry are frequently out of stock with suppliers, this is as frustrating for us as it is for you, but inevitable considering we carry many thousands of products.The popularity of craft products have risen dramatically in the past year or so, and suppliers are having a tough time keeping us all stocked up. We will endevour to keep you as up to date on known stock issues as we possibly can.
Where there are stock issues you need to be aware of, we will usually advise you within the product descriptions.
Ordering Goods...
Ordering on our website is very straightforward, and described in our FAQ section.
Please note that when you order goods you should take notice of measurements and product descriptions. It is frustrating if you have to return goods because they are not what you expected. Computer resolutions differ from computer to computer, thus pictures may not be as accurate as we would like. We therefore attempt to give a clear description of each item, along with any relevant measurements.
Please note that we cannot guarantee stock availability. We update our site as often as we can, and do our utmost to show items out of stock, this is not dynamic however, and need manual updating.
We no longer accept orders by telephone. You can however place your order on our website and telephone your credit card details through to us. Note that you must provide the card holders address when placing your order.
