My goodness the year is going by quickly! The dark evenings are drawing closer, and Christmas is just around the corner. Competition - The theme for our November/December competition is Christmas. This time we are running TWO competitions, one for the best scrapbook layout and another for the best card. First prize for both is a wonderful ensemble of the Basic Grey Blitzen collection: 18 papers, matchbook kit, ornament kit, Boxed to Go kit, tags, letters and monograms - all worth more than £33 (RRP approx £40). So here's your chance to get your hands on loads of gorgeous stash in time for Christmas!

The competitions will run until 15th December so you have plenty of time to start planning your entry. Read more about it here.

Please note that unless we receive a minimum of 10 entries into each competition, the relevant competition will not be judged.

COMPETITION UPDATE:

Unfortunately we only had 5 entries into our scrapbook layout competition so this competition was scrapped (pardon the pun!).

The card competition received many FANTASTIC entries, each and every one a winner! We couldn't decide so put the responsibility on the people on our mailing list. Petra Albaut was decided as the overall winner and won a wonderful ensemble of Basic Grey Blitzen products.

We decided to award a couple of runner-up prizes, each consisting of a Blitzen Ornament Kit and a Blitzen Boxed-To-Go Kit. These prizes went to Lorraine Whiting from Jersey, and Angie Boswell from Morecambe in Lancashire. 

Congratulations to all our winners and thank you for participating. We really wish we could have awarded a prize to all the entries as they were all superb!
 

Gallery - A gallery of card making ideas have been included on our site. It is a little sparse at the moment but will hopefully expand soon. If you have any projects - card making or scrapbooking layouts - that you think will interest our visitors, then please email them to us along with full instructions on how they were created and the material used. We ask that at least some of the material used can be found on our site. You will of course be given full credit for your contribution.
