Instructions

•  Cut a piece of paper the size of a folded card.

• Ink edges with black ink

• Sew paper directly onto the card, before sewing I added some brads to create depth to the sprinkles.

• Attach all Imaginisce embellishments to the top of the cards.

• The scallop border is made using a scallop punch and then highlighted with white pen.

Once everything is in place go around the edges of the paper and lift and tear in places to give an aged look.

• - I used a canvas board which measures 9.5”x7” and painted it with Distress Crackle Paint – Weathered Wood.

• - I then edged the board with a pearlescent pink and cream to create a border.

• - The spots were created by randomly "splodging" with white paint

Whilst that was drying I made up the Cupcake. This is based on this template:

  You can make any size cupcake you want – the sizes shown are that for the cupcake used on this canvas.

• - Using the template cut out shapes in chipboard.

• - Cover all the pieces and ink the edges.

• - Assemble and glue Cupcake layering one piece on top of the other.

• - I used a Cuttlebug embossing die for the middle top piece of the cake.

• - You can have the Cupcake with just icing or add a cherry.

• - The cherry is a chipboard circle covered with paper.

• - Cover the ‘cherry’ with Glossy Accents and whilst it is still wet apply a little crystal gem.

• - Stick to the canvas board.  I use mostly double-sided tape for everything and it seems to work well!

I used an Imaginisce rub-on for the wavy line at the base of the cupcake and then highlighted certain parts with a white pen just to make it lift from the board a little.

 The ‘cupcake’ word is die-cut in black and pink and then the pink is layered on top of black but slightly off-centre to create a shadow effect.

 The heart is inked and stuck to the board with a sticky pad to lift it off the board slightly.

 The ribbon is a gorgeous velvet from Dovecraft and tied all the way about the board and stuck down using double-sided tape.

• Cut a piece of paper the same size as the folded card and ink around the edges.

• - Stamp image onto plain card and colour in.

• - Sew this onto the paper.

• - The frame is die cut.  Ink the edges and doodle around edge.

• - Stick to the card using foam squares.

• - The wishes sentiment is a rub-on from this range.

• - Sew in a zig-zag stitch to the card front.

• - Add Prima flowers to the edge of the frame.  I used foam squares to add depth.

• - The ribbon is attached with double-sided tape.

Instructions

• I used Fimo to make the beads and pushed an eye pin through the middle through before baking.

• The base of the cupcake is made by creating a long thin roll and cutting a small piece off.  Create the cupcake rippled case effect by making small slices all the way around.

• The top of the cupcake is made by swirling a long, really thin roll around and around and cut off when you have created the icing! 

• Add a little red ‘cherry’.

• Again, push an eyepin through before baking.

• Bake the Fimo for about 10-15 mins, with the eyepins too, and allow to cool.

• The chain was part of an old belt, but any chain will do!  Attach to a Swivel Clip using jump rings.

• Each bead, cupcake and button is attached to the chain using jump rings.

• To complete the Charm I used the Imaginisce Cupcake Stamp on shrink plastic and coloured in with markers.

• Punch a hole at the top and then shrink!

Instructions

• - Cut a piece of paper the size of a folded card.

• - Ink around the edges in black.

• - Cut a piece of ribbon long enough to go around the card and tie in a bow.

• - Attach to the back of the paper using double-sided tape.

• - Sew paper directly onto the card, sewing through the ribbon too.

• - For the card sentiments I used a Whipper Snapper Design stamp  Colour in using markers and highlight in places with a white pen.

• - Attach all embellishments to the top of the cards: I decorated some chipboard buttons using scraps of the Imaginisce paper.  Sanded the edges and then inked.  I threaded cotton through one and ribbon through another and attached to the card.

Once everything is in place go around the edges of the paper and lift and tear in places to give an aged look.
