The cards were made after I had completed the two layouts and are all very simple to make. A couple of cards uses one or two pieces from the Mint Wishes Collectables (not in the kit)

Card 1

by Karen Mortensen

The card uses the following from the kit: Kraft plain cardstock - Patterned papers "Fresh Pine", "Frosted", "Woolen". Crystals. Die-Cut Bells.

Fold a piece of the Kraft cardstock into a card size 15cm x 13cm.

Cut a piece of "Fresh Pine" measuring slightly less than the card front. Cut a 1cm strip off the shorter end. Stick onto front of card with both sides showing as depicted. The pine for the narrow strip, and the reverse side as the main background.

Cut a sentiment from the "Woolen" paper and mat on Kraft cardstock.

Adhere to the right side of the card.

Cut out some pine branches from the "Fresh Pine" sheet. Cut out flowers and leaves from the "Frosted" paper. I coloured the edges on some of them. Layer them on the card as depicted. I finished with two of the flowers elevated on foam tape.

Add some white die-cut branches and the bells from the kit. Add crystal onto the bells.

The card uses the following from the kit: "Coconut" cardstock - "Frosted" and "Fresh Pine" paper. Two chipboard flourishes. Sentiment from the "Woolen" paper.

Optional: Gold glitter - Distress Ink

Cut and fold a piece of "Coconut "cardstock into a card size 17.2cm x 9cm.

Fold the paper up 4.5cm:

Add a piece of strong double-sided tape inside on either side:

Close it to seal the edges so you have a pocket:

Adhere to the front of the card.

Cut out the sentiment below from the "Woolen" paper, ink edges with brown distress ink, then mat on the "Kraft" cardstock. You can write a message on the back if you wish.

Cut out a branch from the "Fresh Pine" paper and stick to the card as depicted. Glue the "Peace" Kaisercraft Flourish Chipboard to the card. Add the bauble. I smothered it in gold glitter.

Finish off with some of the crystals and the largest Marianne Pearl Snowflake.
